Cancellation policy:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, this includes the machine and technician performing your service. Please be advised for no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, those appointments will be either forfeited from the treatment package, or subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, depending on the length of the missed appointment.
